On Arrival...
We will greet you and show you to the lounge!
Once you have settled, you'll be asked to fill out a consultation form.
This is so we can tailor your experience to your needs.
The Session...
45 minutes to rotate all 3 therapies.

Bask in your personal infra-red sauna

Plunge in your personal Ice bath

Relax in your personal Steam room.
(available from 21st of June)

15minutes shower/change over
Pre-Session...
You'll then be given a full induction & Shown how to get the most from your session. ​​

You can also connect your own music or podcast to the bluetooth speaker.
Post Session...
Ground & Integrate your experience in the lounge, over a herbal tea!​
