Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Your Session When you book a session at Connect 2 Correct, we require valid payment card details to secure your appointment. This ensures your space is reserved and helps us maintain availability for all our clients. Card Details and Deposits Secure Payment Information: We capture your card details at the time of booking as a deposit to guarantee your reservation Data Security: All payment information is processed securely through our encrypted payment system No Upfront Charge: Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise specified for certain services or packages Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans change. To ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly, we ask that you provide adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Cancellation Terms 24-Hour Notice Required: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session time How to Cancel: Contact us via phone, email, or through your booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule Late Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge at our discretion, up to 100% of the session fee. The amount charged will depend on factors including notice given, ability to fill the slot, and your booking history. This charge will be processed using the card details provided at booking. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee. We reserve the right to require full payment in advance for future bookings following a no-show. Exceptions We recognize that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our discretion. Membership Cancellations For Health Guild membership cancellations, please refer to your membership agreement. Minimum commitment periods apply to discounted membership rates.
