Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy... When you book a session at Connect 2 Correct, we ask for upfront payment to secure your appointment. This ensures your space is reserved and helps us maintain availability for all our clients and reduce last minute no-shows as this massively impacts our business. Data Security: All payment information is processed securely through our encrypted payment system Cancellation Policy: We understand that life happens and plans change just please let us know what is happening. How to Cancel: Contact us via phone, email, or through your booking confirmation to cancel or reschedule. (Please note we cant always guarantee a reply straight away). **24 Hour Notice Period: If you provide at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time we will reschedule the session at no extra cost. If you are unsure when you'll be back we will cancel and hold the service amount as credit for a future session. (3month Expiry). Please note no refund will be given. If you have used a voucher this will still stand for future bookings. Cancellations & Rescheduling within 24hours of appointment & no shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in us holding the full amount for the session and loss of the session. No-Show Policy, If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice no refund and we reserve the right to refuse future bookings. Please note if you have booked with a voucher and cancel within 24hours of the session. No refund will be given and the voucher will become void. Exceptions: We recognise that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive fees at our discretion. Membership Cancellations: For Health Guild membership cancellations, please refer to your membership agreement. Minimum commitment periods apply to discounted membership rates.
