Everything needed for the session is provided including robe, towel & Refreshments.

Also you will be in a 2 person infra-red sauna in a private room.

Our sauna fits up-to 2 people for a single session.

We also offer the mini vitality boost package or the day of wellness package. This way you can explore all 3 therapies in a very relaxing session.

On arrival please put a pair of slippers on and make your way up-to reception.

You'll be asked to fill out a consultation form before going in the Sauna

You'll be given a full induction by a member of staff on how to use the Sauna.

Shower afterwards

Freshen up in the make up room.

Choose the music & Enjoy your session with chilled spring water.

Ground & Integrate your experience in your own chill out zone over some herbal tea & spring water.

Before heading back out into the world.
